Download PDFTo make the ice cubes, place the flowers in an ice cube tray and fill with 250ml still water. Freeze until solid
To make the cucumber juice, blend one whole cucumbers and pass through a muslin cloth.
Zest and juice the lime.
To make the cordial, combine the agave, the rest of the still water, lime juice and zest and cucumber juice in a bowl. Pour into a resealable bottle. Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, place a cucumber ribbon in each glass. Pour the cordial into each glass. Dilute with the chilled sparkling water and top with the floral ice cubes.
