Download PDFPlace 180ml of water and dark chocolate in a saucepan. Set the saucepan over a low heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate melts. 2 Pour into a glass or metal bowl.

Fill a large bowl with ice cubes. Place the bowl with the chocolate on top of the ice cubes.
Using an electric hand mixer or whisk, beat the chocolate mixture until it starts to thicken and forms soft peaks.
Immediately pour the mousse into a serving bowl or individual glasses and refrigerate.
Serve topped with silver, white and gold sprinkles, if desired.
