Download PDFMince the garlic and finely slice the celery.
Heat the oil in a large cast-iron pan. Add the beef mince, gently breaking it apart as it cooks. Add the taco seasoning mix and salt. Add the garlic, celery, salt and salsa. Bring to a gentle simmer while stirring. Cook for approx. 15-20 minutes.
Finely chop the lettuce, red onion and coriander.
Using a pair of scissors, cut 1cm off the side of each bag of Nachips. Top with 2-3 tablespoons of the spicy beef mixture, lettuce, red onion, cheese, sour cream and salsa.
Serve immediately.
