Harissa adds heat and flavour to this Meatless Farm Meat Free Mince flatbread that's finished with toasted almonds, fresh mint and a herby yoghurt dressing

Download PDFDice the onion and crush the garlic clove
Heat a pan over a medium-heat and add the oil.
Sauté the onion and garlic for a few minutes until translucent, then add the Meatless Farm Meat Free Mince and cook until browned.
Add the spices, harissa and apricots and cook for another 2 minutes.
To prepare the dressing, chop the mint and crush the garlic clove.
Zest and juice the lemon.
Add all the dressing ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Warm the flatbreads in the oven for a few minutes then remove.
Add a generous dollop of dressing over each flatbread and spoon over the spiced mince.
Garnish with the fresh mint, chopped toasted almonds and olive oil and serve immediately.
