Arrange the salted tomatoes in a colander with a bowl underneath to catch any liquid and allow to stand.
Drain the tomatoes well.
Combine the spices and sprinkle the mixture into each tomato.
Place the spiced tomatoes into sterilized jars, adding the garlic cloves as you go and fill the jars with the vinegar.
Seal the jars well and allow to stand for 1 week before opening.
