Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the hulled strawberries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Make sure they’re not touching each other to prevent clumping. Freeze the strawberries for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
Spoon the yoghurt into bowls.
Using a grater, grate the frozen strawberries over the yoghurt.
Serve immediately.
