  1. Hull the strawberries.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the hulled strawberries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Make sure they’re not touching each other to prevent clumping. Freeze the strawberries for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
  4. Spoon the yoghurt into bowls.
  5. Using a grater, grate the frozen strawberries over the yoghurt.
  6. Serve immediately.
