Download PDFFinely grate the cucumber and radishes and place in a clean tea towel. Gently squeeze out any excess water. Place in a medium-sized bowl. Grate the garlic. Finely chop the herbs. Zest and juice the lemon.
Place the garlic, herbs, lemon zest, lemon juice, yoghurt and salt in the bowl with the grated cucumber and radish. Stir well to combine.
Spread on a serving plate and drizzle over the olive oil.
