Boil the water and pour it over 2 peppermint tea bags in a heat-proof jug. Steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags and set the tea aside to cool. Stir in the date syrup before adding the ice.

Cut open the remaining teabag and spread its contents on a plate. Rub half a lemon down one side of each glass, then gently press them into the peppermint tea leaves.

Fill the glasses with ice cubes and pour over the iced date tea. Cut open the chamomile teabag and sprinkle chamomile flowers over both iced teas.

Serve immediately.
