Download PDFPreheat your air fryer to 180°C.
Cut two circles from the arabic bread large enough to fill a small bowl.
Gently press one into a small oven safe bowl. Spray with olive oil, followed by the second layer.
Place the bowl with the bread into the air fryer and cook for 5–6 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Remove the bowl after 5 minutes to get the bottom crispy. Check occasionally to ensure it doesn’t burn. Once cooled, remove the bread bowl from the mould.
Fill the centre with hummus, smoothing it out with the back of a spoon. Drizzle the hummus with olive oil. Sprinkle on your choice of toppings za’atar, feta, parsley, paprika, and pine nuts.
Serve immediately as a fun centrepiece for dipping or scooping with veggie sticks, pita chips, or crackers.
