Air-fried Arabic bread bowl with hummus

- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Cut two circles from the arabic bread large enough to fill a small bowl.
- Gently press one into a small oven safe bowl. Spray with olive oil, followed by the second layer.
- Place the bowl with the bread into the air fryer and cook for 5–6 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove the bowl after 5 minutes to get the bottom crispy. Check occasionally to ensure it doesn’t burn. Once cooled, remove the bread bowl from the mould.
- Fill the centre with hummus, smoothing it out with the back of a spoon. Drizzle the hummus with olive oil. Sprinkle on your choice of toppings za’atar, feta, parsley, paprika, and pine nuts.
- Serve immediately as a fun centrepiece for dipping or scooping with veggie sticks, pita chips, or crackers.
