تحميل PDFSoak approx. 8-12 wooden skewers in water for at least 15-30 minutes.
Prepare the vegetables for the skewers by chopping them either into rounds or 1.5cm squares. Skewer the vegetables by alternating between red onion, courgette and the different coloured capsicums.
Brush skewers with a light layer of olive oil and sprinkle over half the masala spice mix.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 5 Once the grill is hot, place the skewers and grill for approx. 5-8 minutes per side, or until the vegetables are just softening and browning around the edges. Remove from heat and sprinkle with the remaining ready-made masala spice mix.
