To make the garlic rice, heat up the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute or until lightly browned.
Add the cooked rice and sauté for 8-10 minutes or until the rice gets crispy in some spots. Season well and transfer to a serving dish.
