This concept, curated by Spinneys' expert in-house product development chefs is not just a place to eat; but an ultimate destination for food-centric gatherings and celebrations in the bright and airy café space.

Visitors are invited to start the day the right way with the new shakshuka pot – eggs poached in a rich paprika-spiced tomato sauce, paired with an antioxidant boost from the Rise & Shine juice, freshly squeezed orange with a hint of carrot, ginger and cinnamon.

For those looking for a nutritious lunch, try the new turkey, mozzarella and pesto sandwich on fluffy freshly baked rosemary focaccia, or the hero Crop Salad that’s full of harvest goodness – savoury rotisserie chicken with warm rice, roasted sweet potato, red apple, goat’s cheese, roasted almonds and kale.

The hot food counter boasts an extensive menu of international cuisines ranging from a creamy prawn red curry to a comforting chicken kabsa or even a spicy lamb masala. Food enthusiasts can browse the made-to-order smoothie bar and the brand-new sushi bar where everything from the salmon nigiri to the California roll are prepared fresh daily.
