Download PDFMake sure the cheese is at room temperature before removing the rind. Place the cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Beat on a medium speed, scraping down the sides, for approx. 10 minutes.
When ready to serve, top each toast with 2 tsp of the whipped Brie de Meaux followed by 1 tsp of marmalade.
Serve immediately.
