The unmatchable four-cheese sandwich

- Spread the softened salted butter evenly on one side of each slice of sourdough.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large cast-iron pan over a medium-low heat.
- Place 4 slices of the sourdough, buttered side down, in the pan.
- Layer 1 slice of each type of cheese on the bread in the pan before topping with a slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Once one side has browned, flip it in the pan and allow to cook for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden and crisp.
- Serve immediately.
