  1. These berry coconut bliss balls make a delicious and nutritious school snack, perfect for your little one's lunchbox. Freeze fresh raspberries the night before to make this snack burst with flavour.
  2. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in short bursts. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Dip the tops of the popsicles in the chocolate sauce and top with some sprinkles.
  4. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Freeze until required.
