Download PDFTo make the sauce, heat a pan over a medium heat and add the butter.
Once melted, whisk in the miso paste, honey and rice vinegar. If the sauce looks too thick at this point, whisk in the water to let it down slightly.
Add the already-cooked salmon fillets to the pan and gently turn it in the miso sauce. Cook for 2 minutes until the salmon is heated through.
Toss the steamed pak choi and sesame seeds in the sesame oil and serve alongside the miso salmon and rice. Garnish with the spring onions.
