S’mores mocktail

- Melt the chocolate and roughly crush the biscuits.
- Place the rest of the ingredients, except the marshmallows and ice, in a blender and blitz until smooth and combined.
- To prepare the glasses, swirl the melted chocolate in the glasses. Place 2 marshmallows in a small bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt.
- Dip the rim of each glass in the marshmallow then dip in the crushed biscuits.
- Place the ice and Stryyk Not V*dka mixture in a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
- To serve, place the remaining marshmallows on a skewer and toast, using a blowtorch or over a flame.
- Pour into the prepared glasses and serve immediately, topped with the roasted marshmallow.
