Download PDFPrepare the barbecue to a medium heat.
Place the plank on the grid and char it on both sides for 1-2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Soak the wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes then drain.
Place the camembert on top of the charred plank. Place the plank on the grill away from the heat.
Scatter the chips over the heat, close the lid and allow to smoke for 6-10 minutes or until the cheese is soft and bulging.
Serve the cheese on the plank with a drizzle of honey and crackers on the side.
