Smoked butter microwave fudge

- Line a square 20cm baking tin with baking paper.
- Melt the butter and combine it with the caster sugar and vanilla extract in a microwave safe bowl. Add the condensed milk – do not stir. Microwave on high for approx. 10 minutes, stopping every minute to stir or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly then beat with a wooden spoon until the fudge begins to set.
- Pour into the lined tin and allow to set before cutting into squares.
