Salmon with green slaw and tamarind dressing

  1. Finely slice the fennel. Thinly slice the celery. Roughly tear the coriander and mixed herbs. Place these slaw ingredients in a serving dish.
  2. Finely grate the palm sugar into a bowl. Combine it with the fish sauce, lime juice, tamarind paste and tamari to create the dressing. Place aside.
  3. Thinly slice the salmon and arrange over the slaw.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salmon and slaw.
  5. Top with the sesame seeds and edible flowers to serve.
