Download PDFPlace a large frying pan over a medium heat. Melt the butter in the pan.
Add the bay leaves and pine nuts. Cook, shaking the pan occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until the butter turns a nutty brown colour. Juice the lemon and stir into the sauce along with the Italian rub. Swirl to combine, then remove the pan from the heat. Set the sauce aside.
Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions in a large saucepan of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
Toss the cooked ravioli in the prepared Italian herb brown butter sauce, ensuring each is well coated. 5 Serve the ravioli immediately.
