  1. In a large cocktail shaker, combine the pumpkin purée, maple syrup, crushed ice, cinnamon, nutmeg, non-alcoholic rum and apple juice. Shake until combined. Strain into four glasses.
  2. Whip the cream and icing sugar together to soft peak stage and spoon on to the top of each drink.
  3. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve immediately.
