Pull-apart caprese sliders

- Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Slice the burger buns in half and place the bottom halves on the baking tray.
- Place 2 slices of the mozzarella over each bun. Slice the tomatoes and divide between the buns. Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on the top half of each bun and place on top of the bottoms.
- Melt the butter. Finely chop the garlic.
- In a bowl, mix together the butter, garlic and Italian seasoning. Brush the top of the buns with the butter. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve hot scattered with fresh basil leaves
