Pineapple, mango and chia smoothie bowl

- Peel and cube the mango and pineapple. Arrange the fruit on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the freezer overnight.
- When ready to serve, place the frozen fruit in a blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blitz until thick and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water. Add more rose water extract, if desired.
- Pour into a small, deep bowl and sprinkle over the chia seeds.
