Scoop the peanut butter onto the back of a spoon and spread it around the inside of the glasses.

In a small bowl, combine the green yoghurt ingredients and adjust the sweetness, if necessary. Divide this between two glasses followed by a sprinkle of more greens powder for decoration.

Place the smoothie ingredients in a blender. Blitz on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.

Pour the smoothie mixture into the prepared glasses to create the two layers.
