  1. Pit and slice the peaches into wedges. Prepare the citrus by slicing them, then halve or quarter them depending on the glasses being used.
  2. 2 In a large jug, mix the peaches, orange, lemon and lime. Pour in the white grape juice and peach juice. Gently stir the mixture. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Fill the glasses with ice and extra fruit slices. Pour in the chilled mixture and top with sparkling water for a fizzy touch.
  4. Decorate each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and serve.
