Orange, date and raspberry energy bites

- Zest and juice the oranges.
- Place the orange zest and juice, dates, ground almonds, cocoa powder and Himalayan salt in a food processor. Pulse on high speed until combined.
- Scoop out approx. 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into balls between your palms. If the mixture feels sticky, lightly dampen your hands with water.
- Arrange the energy bites on a tray and sieve the raspberry powder over.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month.
