To make the brownies, blend the dates, almond flour, walnuts, cocoa powder, pure vanilla extract, oat (or almond) milk and a pinch of salt in a food processor.
Line a 24cm square tin with parchment paper, then evenly spread the raw brownie mix in the tin. Alternatively, roll the mixture into balls. Allow to set in the freezer for 30 minutes.
To make the glaze, combine the maple syrup, peanut butter, cocoa powder and hot water.
Once the brownie mix has set, remove from the tin and spread over the glaze (or drizzle over the balls).
Cut into squares to serve.
