Mustard potato bake with crispy grated potato crust

- Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.
- Combine the cream, milk, finely grated garlic, mustard and finely grated Parmesan in a jug and season well with the salt and pepper.
- Slice 1kg of potatoes and layer them evenly in a 16cm x 24cm ovenproof dish and pour the cream mix over.
- Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Grate the remaining 200g of potatoes.
- Remove the foil from the dish, sprinkle the grated potato over and bake for another 30-40 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately, or while still warm.
