Honey, soya and sriracha grilled chicken wings

- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the olive oil, Sriracha, honey, and soya and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Coat the chicken wings in the marinade, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
- Arrange the wings on a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Brush with extra marinade, turn over and bake for a further 10 minutes.
- Set the oven to grill and brown the wings until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over and serve immediately.
