Honey, soya and sriracha grilled chicken wings

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the olive oil, Sriracha, honey, and soya and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken wings in the marinade, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
  4. Arrange the wings on a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Brush with extra marinade, turn over and bake for a further 10 minutes.
  5. Set the oven to grill and brown the wings until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over and serve immediately.
