- Roughly chop the herbs. Slice the garlic. Juice the lemon.
- In a food processor or blender, add the fresh herbs, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Pulse the ingredients until they form a thick paste, scraping down the sides of the processor or blender as needed. Adjust the seasoning, if necessary. Adjust the consistency by adding more olive oil, if required.
- Transfer the herb paste to a clean jar or airtight container for storage. Store the herb paste in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze it in ice cube trays for up to 4 months.
