Middle Eastern 5 Mins Prep


  1. Thinly slice the cheese into thin rounds. Thinly slice the garlic. Chop the herbs.
  2. Coat the bottom of a glass dish with a little olive oil, then add some of the cheese wheels and the garlic. Sprinkle over the herbs then place more cheese and herbs followed by oil.
  3. Sprinkle over the chilli, seasoning and make sure to cover with the oil.
  4. Allow to stand for at least 2 hours before serving with laffa naan.
