Grease and line a standard loaf tin with baking paper.

Place the butter and tahini in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on full power until melted.

Sieve the icing sugar into a large mixing bowl and stir in the melted butter, tahini and vanilla until completely combined. Press the fudge into the prepared tray and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Refrigerate until set, then cut into pieces.
