Guacamole avocado toast

- Finely dice the red onion. Place lime juice, onion and 1 tsp salt flakes in a bowl and set aside to soften slightly.
- Halve and scoop the avocados into a bowl and roughly mash.
- Mince the garlic. Pick and finely chop the coriander leaves. Finely chop the jalapeño.
- Add the garlic, coriander and jalapeño to the mashed avocado along with the Tabasco and guacamole seasoning. Stir to combine and season.
- Toast the bread until golden brown. Roughly chop the coriander. 7 Spread the guacamole generously onto the toasted bread slices. Sprinkle over a pinch of the guacamole seasoning, remaining coriander, drizzle over the olive oil.
- Serve with lime or lemon wedges.
