  1. Finely dice the red onion. Place lime juice, onion and 1 tsp salt flakes in a bowl and set aside to soften slightly.
  2. Halve and scoop the avocados into a bowl and roughly mash.
  3. Mince the garlic. Pick and finely chop the coriander leaves. Finely chop the jalapeño.
  4. Add the garlic, coriander and jalapeño to the mashed avocado along with the Tabasco and guacamole seasoning. Stir to combine and season.
  5. Toast the bread until golden brown. Roughly chop the coriander. 7 Spread the guacamole generously onto the toasted bread slices. Sprinkle over a pinch of the guacamole seasoning, remaining coriander, drizzle over the olive oil.
  6. Serve with lime or lemon wedges.
