Green beans with baharat ghee almonds

- Heat a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Top the green beans and place them in the water for 5-10 minutes until just tender and bright green. Place in ice cold water for a few seconds and remove.
- Heat the ghee in a large frying pan, add in the rest of the ingredients and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the spices are fragrant and the almonds are slightly toasted.
- Serve the green beans topped with the spiced almonds immediately.
