Download PDFCore and dice the apple and pear. Peel and dice the mandarin. Halve the grapes. Slice the banana at an angle. Remove the pulp from the passion fruit.
Place all the fruit in a medium-sized serving bowl.
Combine the chaat masala and ClemenGold juice and pour over the fruit. Toss gently to combine.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
