Feta-fried eggs

  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over a medium heat.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese into the pan, leaving four wells in the middle.
  3. Crack the eggs into the centre of the wells. Season with the black pepper and chilli flakes, then cover with a lid to steam the eggs. Allow the eggs to cook until the edges are crispy and golden while the yolks are soft.
  4. Scatter over the dill and serve with crusty bread.
