  1. To make the dressing, place the tahini, lemon, water, garlic, honey, curry powder, ginger, turmeric, salt and pepper in a blender and blitz until smooth. Adjust the seasoning, if necessary, and set aside.
  2. Cook the noodles as per package instructions. Rinse under cold water to prevent them from sticking together.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the noodles together with the dressing and place on a serving platter.
  4. Top with the zoodles, bean sprouts and cashews.
