Corn on the cob with biltong butter

- Place a griddle pan over a high heat.
- To make the biltong butter, combine the salted butter (room temp), finely chopped beef biltong, salt, cumin and chilli flakes in a small bowl and set aside.
- Brush the 4 corn ears with the oil and grill, turning often until it is tender and charred in spots, approx. 5-8 minutes.
- Transfer the corn to a large serving platter and spread the biltong butter over.
- Garnish with the extra chilli flakes and biltong.
