Download PDFIn a medium bowl, whisk together the yoghurt and turmeric. Juice the mandarins. Add in the cream, sugar, 125ml of mandarin juice and 2 tsp of mandarin zest.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-proof bowl. Stir well and place in the freezer to set overnight. Alternatively, place in an ice-cream churner and churn according to manufacturer instructions then freeze overnight.
Place it in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
