Download PDFHeat a waffle iron and spray it lightly with non-stick spray.
Cut the cinnamon roll dough into 2cm-thick discs. Place one cinnamon roll on each section of the waffle iron and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are light golden brown.
Separate the cream cheese icing into two bowls and colour one with the red food colouring.
To assemble the Santa waffles, spread the red frosting on one side in the shape of a Santa hat, and the white frosting on the opposite side in the shape of a beard. Place a mini marshmallow at the end of the Santa hat for the pom-pom, a red skittle for the nose and the candy eyeballs for the eyes.
