Download PDFSoak the mixed dried fruits in just enough hot water to cover them for 10 minutes. Once they are plump, drain the water and add the dried fruit to a blender, along with the remaining ingredients. Blitz until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour into four chilled milkshake glasses.
Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
Place two pieces of Christmas cake onto each straw and serve immediately.
