- Heat the hazelnut milk until just simmering then remove from the heat.
- Stir in the dark chocolate and cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
- Whisk in the hazelnut butter and maple syrup, adjusting the sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into an ice lolly mould and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve immediately.
