  1. Heat the hazelnut milk until just simmering then remove from the heat.
  2. Stir in the dark chocolate and cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
  3. Whisk in the hazelnut butter and maple syrup, adjusting the sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice lolly mould and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve immediately.
