Cheesy tikka butter garlic bread

- Soften the butter.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
- Mince the garlic. Finely chop the parsley. Grate the mozzarella.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the garlic, parsley (reserve some for serving), mozzarella and tikka spice mix until well combined.
- Make 12 even cuts diagonally through the baguette, making sure to not cut all the way through. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of bread. Wrap the bread in foil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for approx. 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the reserved parsley over the cheesy bread. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve the cheesy tikka butter garlic bread warm as an appetiser or side.
