Camembert mac ‘n’ cheese with herby toasted breadcrumbs

- Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, reserving 4 tbsp of the pasta water.
- Whisk the pasta water, cream, Cheddar and salt together. Add the cooked macaroni and mix. Place in a roasting dish or ovenproof dish.
- Halve the camembert round and place over the pasta. Top with the sage leaves.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the camembert is oozy and the cream has thickened.
- Finely grate the garlic. Grate the Parmesan.
- To make the topping, heat the butter in a large pan. Add the garlic and breadcrumbs. Sauté until brown. Remove from the heat and sprinkle over the macaroni.
- Serve the macaroni with the Parmesan.
