Blueberry and lavender fizz

French 5 Mins Prep


  1. Place the blueberries in a bowl and add the sugar and star anise.
  2. Break the lavender flowers into the blueberries and mix to combine. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Place the infusion in a cocktail shaker with the Brunswick Aces and shake well to combine.
  4. Strain the drink into 2 glasses.
  5. Top up with the soda water and serve.
