Blistered padron pepper skewers with Japanese furikake spice

  1. Divide the peppers between 4 skewers and brush with the olive oil.
  2. Heat a griddle pan to smoking hot and char the peppers on all sides for 8-10 minutes.
  3. To make the furikake spice, toast the sesame seeds and crumble the nori sheets. Combine the ingredients for the furikake spice.
  4. Serve the peppers sprinkled with the spice.
