Beef Cubano

- To make the dressing, combine the orange juice, lime juice, oregano, clove, honey, vinegar and salt in a bowl and season to taste.
- Slice a ciabatta in half and brush with the oil.
- Place a griddle pan over a high heat and toast both halves.
- Place the lower half of the ciabatta on a plate and spread with 1 tsp of the dressing then top with half the beef followed by half the cheese, pickles and crisps. Cover with the top half. Repeat with the remaining ciabatta.
- Serve immediately.
